What is the Pokemon: The First Movie-The Alternate Soundtrack Project? Take a look at this video to find out first:

To get you started, here are two artist lists. Keep in mind this is only a list of albums/singles released within the allowed time frame-it does not mean the songs are family friendly (though many of them are):

M2M

Album:
-Shades of Purple

Singles:
-Don't Say You Love Me Part 2

Britney Spears

Albums:
-...Baby One More Time
-Oops!... I Did It Again*

*Technically this album was released on 5/16/2000, however there is evidence that at least parts of it were recorded in late 1999, so I am including it here as it's possible parts of it could have been moved up in production to have them ready for the soundtrack.

Singles:
-...Baby One More Time
-Sometimes
-(You Drive Me) Crazy
-Born to Make You Happy
-From the Bottom of My Broken Heart
-Oops!... I Did It Again

New music for the week of 11/15/2010

Once again, seven is the lucky number. Two from Pokemon Black and White:

-Wild Pokémon Battle!
-Karakusa Town

Three from the Pokemon anime:

-Last Battle (Vs. Rival)
-Ending
-Title

And two more from Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs:

-Aqua Resort
-Canal Ruins

By the way, time is running out on our Guardian Signs/Shadows of Almia poll. Be sure to vote!
